All sales are final. Zodiac Journaling products are printed on demand and made-to-order or purchased for immediate download. Therefore, they are non-refundable. We are not liable if you purchase an incorrect or unintended item.

If you purchase a journal in one format and later change your mind and wish to purchase a different format, it will be treated as a separate purchase. We do not exchange purchase formats. Once a purchase is made it is final. 

Damages and issues

Zodiac Journaling journals are made-to-orders products and receive a final inspection prior to shipment. If for some reason the item(s) are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us. We will attempt to do our best to make things right based upon the situation.

Zodiac Journaling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
