Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because Zodiac Journaling products are either submitted to production immediately after an order is placed or delivered instantly as a PDF download, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.
This policy applies to all journal formats, including spiral-bound and PDF products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for orders placed in error or for items purchased unintentionally.
If you purchase one journal format and later decide you would prefer a different format, a new purchase will be required. We do not offer exchanges between product formats, and completed purchases cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded.
Damages and issues
Zodiac Journaling journals are made-to-orders products and receive a final inspection prior to shipment. If for some reason the item(s) are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to do our best to make things right based upon the situation.
Zodiac Journaling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
