Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. Our items are printed on demand and made-to-order or purchased for immediate download. Therefore, they are non-refundable. We are not liable if you purchase an incorrect or unintended item.

If you purchase an item in one format and later change your mind and wish to purchase a different format, it will be treated as a separate purchase. We do not exchange purchase formats. Once a purchase is made it is final. 

Damages and issues

Our made-to-orders items receive a final inspection prior to shipment. If for some reason the item(s) are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us. We will attempt to do our best to make things right based upon the situation.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
